Munib Islam is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Saraza Management LP, an investment partnership he created in 2021 together with LTS Investments, the holding company for three Brazilian businessmen who are the controlling shareholders of several global consumer businesses including AB Inbev, Kraft Heinz and Restaurant Brands. Prior to starting LTS One, Munib was a Partner of Third Point LLC. Munib worked at Third Point LLC from 2004-2008 and rejoined the firm in 2011, after returning from Highbridge Capital, where he was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Highbridge’s European Value Equities fund. Before coming to Third Point, Munib worked as an Associate at Oak Hill Capital and at Lazard LLC. He received a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College (1997) and an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business (“GSB”) at Stanford University (2004). Munib is a Trustee of the Brearley School in New York City and is on the President’s Leadership Council at Dartmouth College. He has also served a term on the Stanford GSB Trust.

Vipin Sharma joined Saraza in 2022 as an investment analyst after completing year one of his MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to Saraza, Vipin was an associate at Bain Capital Private Equity in Boston, evaluating private and public investments across technology and industrials sectors. Vipin started his career as a consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco. Vipin holds a B.S. in Operations Research Engineering and a minor in Business from Cornell University.

Diana Fu joined Saraza in 2023 as an investment analyst. Prior to Saraza, Diana was an analyst at Anomaly Capital covering payments and info services. Prior to Anomaly, Diana was an associate at KKR in Menlo Park on the Technology private equity team. Diana started her career in TMT investment banking at Goldman Sachs in New York.

Diana holds an HBA degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Arthur van Overbeek joined Saraza in 2024 as a junior investment analyst. Arthur started his career as an investment analyst at LTS US, covering a wide range of industries. Arthur holds an LLB degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Jim Gallagher joined Saraza in 2021. Prior to joining Saraza, Jim was a Founding Partner/Chief Operating Officer at Vitalium Capital Partners LP, an emerging manager dedicated to the healthcare equity space. Before starting Vitalium, he was the Chief Administrative Officer at Third Point LLC for over 12 years where he managed Treasury and Finance, Operations, Technology, Risk Management, Compliance and General Administration. Jim was also on the Risk Management, Valuation, and Compliance Committees, and the Chair of the Brokerage Committee. Prior to Third Point, Jim held similar roles at Indus Capital, Goldman Sachs Commodities Corporation and Prudential Financial.

Jim holds a B.S.B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond Robins School of Business.

Sharona Sperber joined Saraza in 2022 as Controller. Prior to joining Saraza, she was Assistant Controller at Third Point LLC for 13 years where she was responsible for all aspects of fund accounting, including controls, valuation and financial reporting. Sharona started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Alternative Investment Funds Group.

Sharona holds a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Elizabeth Sherlock joined Saraza in 2025 as Head of Marketing & Investor Relations. Prior to joining Saraza, Elizabeth was in investor relations and business development at Trian Partners for three years. Prior to Trian, Elizabeth was in investor relations and business development at Anchorage Capital Group. Elizabeth started her career at Citi Private Bank in their analyst program in New York.

Elizabeth holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

Carly Beddoe joined Saraza in 2021 as Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Prior to joining Saraza, she was an Executive Assistant at Harvest Partners. Carly holds a B.A. in Communications from Marist College.
